Course Overview
Measurement data is used by organizations in making various decisions. The decisions can range from either deciding whether to accept a suppliers’ products, deliver the products & services to customer or to the go-ahead for a multi-million investment. Hence, the quality of data and its source (i.e. the measurement system that derives the data) is of utmost importance to any organization that focuses on fact-based decision-making (One of the management principles of ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949). This training will equip the participant with the ability to assess and analyze the capability of the measurement system in deriving quality data is a pre-requisite to any effective data analysis initiative.
